Refund policy

Returns for PREMADE items- 

If your item is premade, you have 30 days to return your item for a refund depending on any damages that may have happened while the item was in your possession. 

If an item is damaged in shipping, you may request a replacement for your item. 

Returns for CUSTOM items-

There are NO RETURNS on custom items. You will receive multiple communications from me of your items and what they look like before shipping which will require your approval. Once they have shipped, you may NOT return them.
